Half f this stuff is assuming you have friends to do the original apartment heists with. No way any of this is useful if you can’t even connect to 3 other randos in the first place let alone any of them leaving mid game

I already worked out some things on this. 1. You do not heed to drive the van to the location given. Just hop in your fastest vehicle and get to the guy youre needing to find. Once you actually get them they magically put handcuffs on and throw them into the van which magically appears right where you are. 2. Due to number 1, you can also use job warping to get to the location instead of using any vehicle at all. Just wait for the call from maude while you are outside the bail office at the start of the mission, then check your map and use a job icon nearest to the location. Tadaa! You will now be going right to the locations without messing around in a van or any other vehicle. Unfortunately there is no way to hurry back as you will always need to drive the van back with your suspect inside.

Rockstar said they didn't like me cheating after I notified them that dropping the ceramic pistol or putting it in the gun locker caused a bug where you can buy it again in Ammu-Nation. I had to ask how is buying the same weapon 4 or 5 times cheating? They credited me with some money which was less than the cost of buying the guns to make a video to show them. Totally agree with @3:11 Perfect image of the support.
